Coaching Sessions And Readings
No refund is possible after your coaching session has begun or if you cancel within 72 hours of the session time booked. We provide a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can request a refund after purchase. This is forfeited if a session time is booked.
If you fail to show up for your appointment for any reason, we will class it as a no show and alll monies paid will be forfeited. All bookings cancelled within the 72 hour window will be considered as no shows and all monies paid for the session will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse changes of date and session times if your appointment in 72 hours or less from commencement.
Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
This includes any digitally downloaded product such as reports, checklists, templates, eBooks, courses and challenges etc. There are no refunds and exchanges available for these products as these are instant download.
Please be aware that there may be some grammatical and spelling errors in written documents. Wherever possible this has been eliminated with numerous people proofreading the documents. This is not a reason for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund on any products, the following steps must be taken:
1. Refund must be requested in writing with a reasonable reason and supporting evidence by contacting johayden62@outlook.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
3. We do not refund for change of mind and may request evidence that you have completed the components before approving a refund.
